On Sunday mornings, we ask that you sign your kids in for a few reasons:
- Introduction - if this is your first time joining us, this information will help us get to know your little one(s)
- Security - we need to know who is approved to pick then up after service
- Medical - if your child has any allergies or special considerations, we want to make sure we know
For preschool kids, you will receive 2 stickers - one acts as a nametag for your child and the other will be what you can use to pick them up after service. For elementary aged kids, you will just receive the one sticker to use when picking them up.
Please note that we only ask that you fill out the entire form the first time. After that, please feel free to only fill out the required fields when signing your kids in.
