Pastor Moses was born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada. In 1959, while living in Toronto, Ontario, he accepted Jesus as his personal Savior. A short time later, he was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and a few months later God called him to preach the Gospel. In 1965, he graduated from Zion Bible College and later that year he became a youth pastor in Hartland, NB Canada. In 1968, he and his family moved to Farmington, Maine where he became the pastor of Farmington Assembly of God. For the next 22 years, he pastored churches in Maine and New Hampshire. In 1990, he moved to Sidney, New York to pastor Bethel Assembly of God where he was still pastoring when he semi-retired in October of 2006. In January of 2007, he joined the pastoral staff at New Life. The Bakers have three married children and six grandchildren.
